Pepes Jamur Tiram

Bahan:

  • Jamur tiram 100 gram
  • Daun pisang secukupnya
  • Jeruk limau 1 buah, diperas, diambil airnya

Bumbu:

  • Bawang putih 5 gram
  • Bawang merah 5 gram
  • Kunyit 10 gram
  • Jahe 5 gram
  • Cabai rawit 5 gram
  • Cabai merah 5 gram
  • Kemiri 5 gram
  • Garam 1/2 sdt

Cara membuat:

  1. Cuci jamur hingga bersih, lalu potong tipis memanjang, sisihkan.
  2. Haluskan semua bumbu menggunakan blender.
  3. Campurkan jamur dan bumbu, lalu tambahkan air jeruk limau, aduk rata, lalu bungkus dgn daun pisang.
  4. Kukus pepes jamur selama 30 menit, angkat, sajikan…
